Welcome to the BCSSSD Human Resources Office!
Welcome to the web page for the Human Resources Department. Our department is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits & resources, the certification process, processing hiring recommendations from the Superintendent's office, and worker's compensation benefits. We are one of the first points of contact in the district when candidates apply and are recommended for jobs; and we remain an integral part of the support system available to staff members throughout their careers with the district. Our district is one of the most innovative school districts in New Jersey. Our employees have a long history of achievement and recognition that sets our district apart from most others, and we work towards ensuring that those responsible for the education and care of our students also have their support needs met.
Our district carefully selects new employees through a rigorous process of resume and credential reviews, individual interviews and reference checks. Monday - Thursday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am-3:00 pm
ID badges are issued to all employees.
For security reasons staff are required to wear their ID badges at all times.
